Two emergency facilities that had to share a building
Full design through Stages 3B to 3D of two public safety stations at NEOM Oxagon Village — 3,563 m² and 3,297 m² — each integrating fire and police services in a single facility.
Delivered as senior manager on the asset development team, alongside reviewer responsibility for asset submissions across the wider NEOM programme.
A new terminal built around an airport that could not close
Engineering-architectural design manager on Cape Town International Airport’s new Terminal 2 — 25,000 m² of demolition, alteration and new-build across landside and airside, at USD 197m (R2.9bn).
AECOM acted as principal agent and design project manager, delivering the full MEP and structural design. The constraint that shaped everything: the airport kept running.

The largest specialist paediatric hospital in the world
A 792-bed, 683,000 m² paediatric hospital in Kuwait City, delivered at a capital value of USD 1.6bn — the largest specialist paediatric facility ever built.
Peet worked on the project across its 2015–2018 design period alongside the neighbouring Kuwait Maternity Hospital, a 789-bed, 440,000 m² facility that holds the equivalent record for maternity projects. Together the two schemes represent close to USD 2.4bn of specialist healthcare.
